I've been married to my beautiful wife Megan since 2012. We have two daughters, Bryce & Charlotte. If I'm not at the gym, you can find me golfing, fishing and hunting, or spending time with my girls.

My name is Josh Durfey and I've been helping clients achieve their fitness goals for nearly 20 years. I've always been an active guy and love working out because I like feeling strong and I know regular exercise is one of the healthiest choices I can make for my body.
In 2006 I discovered my passion was helping others reach their own personal fitness goals.
I opened my own place in 2013 because I saw a need. People don't want to pay huge joining fees along with expensive monthly gym memberships for access to a treadmill or eliptical they end up visiting a few times a week.
Machines are a great way to warm up, but let's be honest. They get boring!

And when people get bored- they QUIT!
I've learned what most people really need from a gym is a REASON TO KEEP COMING BACK!
We all go through phases when we feel like we want to give up.
But if you know you've got a buddy at the gym waiting for you who you have a relationship with, who is just as committed to your fitness goals as you are - you're gonna show up.
We're here every day from 5am - 8pm and can't wait to help you crush your fitness goals!

I have been an American Council of Exercise certified Personal Trainer since 2001 and completed the Lifestyle and Weight Management ACE certification in 2002. Through the years, I have completed many continuing education courses in exercise, weight management, nutrition, and understanding injuries and restrictions.

I specialize in Older Adult Fitness, but through my 23 years of training, I have trained all age groups. I have a vast knowledge of exercises, nutrition, and how the combination affects a person’s body.
Everyone is different and has different needs. I will assess your level when we start your program. I will make each session fun, and I am the type of trainer that will not let you get bored with routines.

I am 59 years of and have three children, 27, 24 and 20 years old. I truly love to exercise from weight training, running, elliptical, and bike riding to swimming. I also love to read, as well as, keeping up with all the latest new exercise programs and nutritional trends.

MIKE HENDRICKS

Mike Hendricks joined Josh's Gym in 2017. He and his family relocated from Dallas, Texas. Mike has been a personal trainer for over a decade and has been certified with the Titleist Performance Institute since 2012.
With a background in coaching and sports performance, Mike specializes in injury prevention and the biomechanics of movement. Mike's coaching experience includes Major League baseball International (MLB), the Jacksonville Jaguars (NFL), the Texas Collegiate League and College Baseball (NCAA).
Mike is passionate about helping people from all walks of life reach their goals.
