After an initial assessment, Josh and Michael have collaborated on an ongoing  personalized training program for me that has been comprehensive, challenging and varied, all the while protecting my bad knees.

 

After 18 months and working out with Josh or Michael 2-3 days a week, I have lost 30 pounds and am leaner, more flexible and stronger than at any time since my twenties.   My knees are still shot but the rest of my joint pain has largely gone away. My body now has real muscle definition and tone and, at age 63  I’ve never felt better about my physical condition.
